It takes everything we learned from the award-winning travel series and makes it trek-ready. The Fairview Trek is equipped with an adjustable trampoline suspended mesh backsystem providing ultimate ventilation when hiking in warmer climes. It also boasts the Farpoint's signature suitcase style opening for easy packing and access. While in transit you can deploy the Aircover to protect your pack as it makes its way to the hold luggage. The Aircover will then convert to a raincover ensuring your gear stays dry while wearing the pack. The Farpoint Trek also comes equipped with a women's specific fit, hidden security pockets, lockable zippers, removable sleeping pad straps and twin zippered hipbelt pockets; Features that are ideal for adventurous travel-backpacking trips.

Good buy!Confortable, handy and strong! A detail : on the pic you see a cereal bar get put in the pocket on the waistband. That pocket is actually small, phones or wallets will not fit. That's the only thing i've would have liked differently. i've been backpacking for a month and a half with it for now and i'm happy!

I'm convertedI wanted a backpack that would accommodate enough for a short break, and that would be comfortable. The Fairview swallowed up a week's worth of clothes, with room for a few small presents. The layout is very organised, and the suitcase style opening mechanism is easy to use. The zip pockets on the hip belt were perfect for small items such as keys. The backpack fitted into a budget airline overhead bin (removing the "airline" cover from the top compartment reduces the height, and I didn't need it for this trip). Would definitely recommend the Fairview

Really good quality bag, too small for my needsPurchased as I am going on a round the world trip for 12 months and wanted a backpack that would zip open at the front like a suitcase, but is comfy to carry for distances. Definitely meets these criteria – fits really well, feels really comfy on and spreads the weight well.
For me though 50L is too small, so I sent back and ordered the bigger size. The 50L doesn’t have a separate zipped compartment in the bottom which can be used for boots, and doesn’t have so much space in the top compartment.Date:
