    Perfect Backpack
I researched which backpack to buy for months for my 6 month backpacking trip and I am so glad I chose this! I'm 5'3 and so finding a backpack that doesn't tower over my head has been a struggle but this is the perfect size. Incredibly comfortable even with 15+kg on my back. So many adjustable straps and back panel to get the perfect fit! This backpack can also fit a lot more than you'd think! Love, love, love!

    Amazing
I bought the older version of this backpack two years ago when I started training for the Ten Tors Challenge. I got the women's version because i am quite small. I have now completed Ten Tors for the second time and the bag has been comfortable for the whole way. It is a lot more expensive than other backpacks but well worth the price when you compare it to other, cheaper backpacks. The water reservoir being outside of the bag's main compartment is also great and makes it really easy to quickly fill it up again when we had to stop and get water from a river. Amazing job Osprey!

    Great Long Distance Hiking Backpack
Bought this excellent rucksack whilst walking the West Highland Way and the Pennine Way. Comfortable and lightweight for long distance travel with plenty of room to pack a tent, and clothing etc. It is certainly worth paying for quality as this has been used when travelling overseas too and will last for many years to come. Worth every penny of the investment. Delighted with the purchase.

Good balance between weight, comfort and practicality
I bought the Kyte to go solo backpacking with my dog in the UK. I needed a large backpack to fit a 1-2 person tent, plus all my sleeping gear, plus the dog's food etc and the Kyte has been the perfect size. Good features: the built in raincover, the large pockets on the hipbelt, the roomy pockets in the top lid. It's well balanced (if packed correctly) and comfortable - I'm neither young nor strong yet I can stride out with this even if it's fully loaded. I've not had any problems with the quality although I've only used it for four camping trips, but my other smaller Osprey has been dragged around the UK for several years and has no defects so I'm expecting the same for this.

Perfect for the hills or the city
I've been using my pack for taking Europe city breaks recently with my daughter. I put enough stuff in there for nearly a week for the two of us. It was heavy fully loaded (just over 10kg), but didn't damage the straps from the weight.
Having the pack on my back enabled me to have both hands on her while navigating the metro. The multitude of pockets meant that I always had somewhere for our documents to be stored safely, whilst accessible too.
I loved the fit around my back and waist too.
