Stratos 50

Stratos 50 brings true innovation and quality to the ventilated pack world.

Inspired by Osprey's AntiGravity™ technology, Stratos 50 provides a fully adjustable AirSpeed™ ventilated back system which combines single piece construction of the backpanel and hipbelt with highly breathable suspended mesh. This allows for increased comfort in warm weather, even with a heavy load.

The classic styling and clean design, alongside an impressively comfortable carry makes the Stratos 50 a firm favourite for walkers and hikers and campers who are looking for a ventilated daypack with enough capacity for camping equipment and overnight gear, as well as plenty of extra layers and equipment for when the weather is changeable. The detachable raincover stored in the bottom pocket increases weather resistance and tough nylon fabrics ensure durability. Stratos 50 features a double-clipped lid opening with draw-cord fastening, a large, easy access pocket in the lid and a vertically zipped expansion pocket on the front which is perfect for securely storing a jacket or spare layer for easy access. The side of the pack has a single vertical zip which allows access directly into the main compartment, saving you from having to open the lid top. The base of the pack also features a zippered sleeping bag compartment with a bellowed divider, designed to allow easy separation of equipment. Stratos 50 is the perfect pack for long days and lightweight camping trips in Spring, Summer and Autumn.

Stratos 50 is compatible with all Hydraulics™ and Hydraulics LT™ reservoirs.

Versatilidad y resistencia

Stylish, comfortable, durable, very equipped, not too expensive
- the materials seems strong (even when brush many rocks) and well sewn.
- many and adjustable fastens. There are four fastens instead of the classical two to access the main pocket. I think it's unusual and a little slow to adjust, but it makes the backpack more compact and tight.
- there are many and large pockets.
- the back is solid, even the grid (i thought it was chewy and soft but it's not at all). It's easy and fast to find and adjust, even the chest and the belly. Unfortunately the chest belt is not elastic, but it's replaceable.
- the shoulders are very large, transpirable and confy. Almost no reddening after many hours of trekking.

I'm very satisfied and happy. I'd buy it again.

Great Size Great Features
This is a brilliant Rucksack. I went for this as I wanted the 50 litre capacity, the mesh which lifts the pack off your back and the built in raincover.

I used this on day hikes during bad weather in the Kerry Mountains in Ireland and it was perfect.

I initially bought the S/M as though I am 6 foot I'm skinny. I found that the back was not long enough I therefore changed to the M/L which was spot on.
