Is this bag waterproof?
All of our packs materials are coated so that they are water proof, however, water can still enter the pack thought openeings such as zips and seams so we always recommend that a raincover is used in wet conditions.
Will the internal padded sleeve hold a 16” MacBook Pro?
The largest Laptop that we recommend for out packs is 15.6" however depending on the dimensions of the laptop it could fit.

GreatBought in black to hold laptop, papers, spare shoes and general day needs all in one place during a fairly lengthy commute. So happy with this purchase. Plenty of space and a good wide opening top without being bulky. Feels sleek.
Only niggle is that the key holder is a bit hidden away and not easy to retrieve quickly - you have to open the whole bag. Perhaps the key holder on the front pocket would work better (as is the case with your hiking packs)Date:

Fantastic tote backpack would benefit from a few tweaksI've now been using this pack for a month, I bought it as I wanted a backpack with decent tote handles that would fit over my shoulder comfortably and these do. As a working mum who likes the outdoors these are the positives:
Extremely comfortable to wear, you hardly feel the shoulder straps and the back is soft
Deceptively large,- you can get a lot in and it seems to have endless pockets and sleeves
Fantastic bright colours
Sleek design
Material seems pretty tough so far but hasn't had a real soaking
Could improve:
I needed a backpack with all the above but as a working mum I don't have time to swap from a pack for the office to the outdoors for the weekend so what is missing for me is a water bottle holder, chest straps and some fluorescent strips for the dark. I'm also not convinced the 'bottom' is tough enough to take the use its going to get. Also at times its actually too big, I think it could be 2L smaller and still be really great, the inside black material can make it hard to find things as its so big.
So a great city backpack for people to love the outdoors and it's by far the best I've found, would be 5 stars with a few tweaks.Date:

Great but misleading pictureI purchased this bag for my wife as a present in yellow and she loves it. My biggest disappointment is the picture online suggests the inside is yellow - a very practical colour. The actual bag has a black interior which makes it very hard to identify items in the bag.
