GreatI've got various different sizes of these to use when travelling / outside but not had to test them out much, until yesterday when I was undertaking a survey in persistent heavy rain for 4 hours. Had this inside my tempest 16L bag and it worked! Really pleased as the rain soaked through the rucksack (& my coat etc) but everything inside the dry sack stayed dry :D

overall a great bit of kitive started snorkling on weekends. I wanted a waterproof bag to carry my essentials in while wading out to boat anchored at approx waist deep... Wasnt sure what size bag to go for but 12L turned out to be just right for holding a standard towel, my phone(housed in its own waterproof casing for extra protection),a small radio, moisturiser, standard drinks bottle and a choc bar.
Now also using bag inside my daily work rucksack as added protection while cycling to work.. uk weather very unpredictable.!! So far bag has kept everything nice and dry. It rolls up to approx 1" thick and 6" long folded in half. I trid to weigh it but its too light for my mini baking scales to give a reading... Ive given it 4 out of five because i would have liked bag to have a cord attached so i could sling over shoulder while wading out to boat but overall a great bit of kitData:

Great!These bags are great. Look good, they seal well, and seem to be well manufactured, with appropriate fabric. Very happy with my purchase. This size bag we used to cover the sleeping bag for a D of E weekend. It could have otherwise been used for clothes.

Genial, kleiner und leichter geht’s nicht.Ich habe für meine Reisen und Touren diverse Säcke von Ortlieb und Osprey.
Natürlich alles hat Vor- und Nachteile. Der Osprey Ultralight Drysack 12L ist der leichteste und kleinste wasserdichte Packsack den ich habe.
Vorteile sind klar das Packmaß und Gewicht. Gewogen 41g. Maße, wenn voll gepackt: 40x22x13 cm.
Wenn es kaum was wiegen darf und möglichst klein sein soll hatte ich immer für den Notfall Zipptüten dabei. Wenn man es brauchte waren sie undicht, hatten Löcher... Der Ultralight Drysack erfüllt alle Voraussetzungen, ist aber sehr stabil. Perfekt eben.
Ich habe diesen Sack z.B. immer in meiner Fototasche (passt leicht in ein beliebiges Fach). Bei Regen passt meine komplette Fotoausrüstung Lumix FZ1000 samt Fototasche hinein. Das das schnell und wasserfest.
Ich habe den Ultralight Drysack auch immer beim bike fahren dabei, falls es regnet. Alles was wichtig ist geht rein, von der Geldbörse, Foto, bis zur Wechselkleidung.
Und 12 Liter ist ne perfekte Größe. Ich finde eine Nummer kleiner ist uninteressant, da das vom Gewicht und Größe nicht ins Gewicht fällt, aber im Falle eines Falles viel mehr rein geht.

Produit détourné de son utilisation première... mais parfaitSac acheté pour servir de "machine à laver" en trekking. Il sufffit d'y mettre son linge, un peu d'eau et de savon... puis de malaxer le tout pour en sortir un linge propre (après rinçage bien entendu). Et ça fonctionne à merveille. Super content de cet achat, d'autant que le prix était intéressant et l'envoi rapide.
