Hi, please can you advise what age the Poco child carrier is suitable from and to?
There is no age limit to the Poco rather a maximum weight limit of 22kg which is for the child, gear and weight of the pack. We do not recommend that a child weighing more than 18kg is carried in the Poco packs.
Hello what is the age range and weight limit for child to be able to use this carrier?
Osprey do not specify an age and height range for this product as every child’s weight and height can be different at every age.
However, we do specify a maximum weight limit to which the child cannot exceed when being placed in the Poco. This is 18KG. Another suitability requirement we advise is that the child should be able to sit up on their own (holding their head and weight themselves) also, before being put in the Poco. Other than this, the Poco has been specifically designed around the objective that it makes your child feel safe and comfortable.
On websites selling this product it says that the maximum loading weight is 18kg. Does this mean the weight of the child itself, or the weight of the child + what you put inside the bag (+ the weight of the bag). Thank you in advance.
The 18kg weight limit is the maximum wieght the pack can carry so the weight of the child and the contents of the pack.

Bon produit bien construitTrès bon sac à dos de qualité.
Très confortable pour la plupart des personnes. Un peu grand pour les personnes de moins de 1m65, même en réglant tout la ceinture appuie sur les hanches et ça peut faire mal ç la longue.

Très ontent de notre achatTrès confortable pour notre enfant ainsi que pour le porteur. Testé sur des randonnées de 10 km à 15 km.
Juste un point d'attention, l'antidérapant collé sur la barre inférieure griffe le tissu du sac lorsqu'il est rempli. A retirer avant usage !

Highly recommend!I'll be honest. I bought my Poco AG 2nd hand from a friend that hadn't used it as I wasn't sure I wanted to spend so much. I love this carrier. It's comfortable to wear, easy to adjust, light weight, very stable when sat on the ground and most importantly our son loves it as he can see what's going on around him, even with the sun shade up. I would highly recommend the Poco range. If I had to think of something it could maybe do with I'd say protection from the sun for the legs as recently with the hot weather, even with sun screen on I've used a light towel to protect his legs from over exposure to the sun when he's been in it with shorts on.

Good for average-sized males, doesn't fit smallish womenMy husband (178 cm) loves this pack, but unfortunately it doesn't fit me at all and is very uncomfortable for me, even after getting professional advice. I am 165 cm and 50 kg. I think the back is just too long. I had to give up and get the competition's women-specific model.

Great child carrier, but painful when used for long peroidsAll of the features of this pack lead me to believe that it is the best possible pack for my child. My wife loves it as well. For her it is very comfortable and the hip belt conforms to her hips. For myself, it's fine for short trips or hikes lasting under an hour or so. For longer periods of time it is quite painful. To me it seems that the hip belt is too rigid and does not fit the male body geometry very well. After a few hours of wear, the hip belt starts to leave linear bruises. For me it feels like the hip belt may just as well be a string--the weight of the pack is concentrated on a very thin surface area.
