Love this day bagIt can go from skinny mini to blooming massive 12kg thing. So clever.
When mega packing it (normally because i need to get weight out of my checkin bag...) - you lie it flat and start filling... it opens right up like a book and you can pack and stack all the way from front to back and the extra 5cm you get from opening the back out with the zip makes it close easily.
The front pocket takes way more than you’d think and the back pocket holds my magazines and books straight with out being bent by my over packing.
I’d have a bit more foam in the back back as i can often feel my book in my back but only when i really stuff it full.
The outpockets hold two waterbottles easily and have a strap to hold over the top if needed.
The outer back hoop has been super useful with a caribena (sp?) i clip my dirty flip flops or what ever to the outside.
There is a clever clip on a string inside the outer pocket which has been really useful for my keys which I’m forever losing.
Love this bag - plus she looks great! Which again is important to me as I’m away for a good 6months and that would be a whole lot of shame and grr if I didn’t like her look!Datum:

Pretty good bagPretty sturdy and water resistant, the extra 6 liters zip makes an actual diference! Air flow on the back is pretty good and the back is very light. The handle is not very comfortable when the bag is heavy and the tightening straps are always on the main zip way wich makes it frustrating a bit. When you order black, you get a blueish grey, I like the color, but beware.

Good day pack for fairview trek, but missing some featuresThis pack clips onto the front shoulder straps of the fairview/farpoint trek which makes it really handy for travel. It is a better quality day pack than the standard fairview/farpoint; I particularly like the expandable capacity (really useful) and the mesh cut back panel (makes my back less sweaty when walking around). However, I really wish it was hydration compatible. This would not have been a difficult feature to add. I also wish there was a removable hip belt with pockets so it could be used both for hiking and city exploring. Many using the fairview/farpoint trek backpacks are the type who like to go on day hikes when we travel so it would be nice to have a day pack that is hydration compatible and has a better hip belt. I do really like the look of the backpack, as it looks ok when walking around cities, but the black colour is slightly dark grey on the front part of it.

Presque parfait!Très contente en général. Joli design, pratique. Toutefois, pour une utilisation idéale au quotidien et non seulement en vadrouille, une poche supplémentaire pour tous les petits objets transportés chaque jours serait la bienvenue. De même qu'une bandelette pour accrocher ses bics/stylos

Good travel backpack, but not the most comfortableOverall very nice backpack, especially considering the price. It's light, looks amazing and it's surprisingly spacious. I especially like the fact the backpack is expandable and that it has a laptop sleeve. The only downside I can think of is the fact that it's not the most comfortable backpack Osprey has to offer. My shoulders get pretty sore after a long day of carrying this thing around.

Brilliant but not black?So I have bought this bag twice, originally purple and was legit the perfect bag for day to day use, hourish strolls in all kinds of weather and easy to store.
My brothers fave colour is purple so he ended up having my bag and I purchased the black one as I enjoyed Ospreys bag so much, it was definitely not the awesome jet black it portrays in the picture above which a shame. However as a bag it’s 10/10.Datum:

From the Himalayas to University, this pack has it allI bought this pack because it could strap into my Porter 45 as I backpacked around the world, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Strapping it on was both easy and secure, and made traveling with a carry-on and personal item easy.
The Daylite has a great design and was able to hold over 20 lbs without great discomfort or pain. I took it hiking for four days in the Himalayas and it held up incredibly well. Its design was also ideal for traveling through the streets of New Delhi, with a secure pocket for my passport. Now I use the backpack for school. I love the expandable factor as it lets me have a sleek and easy backpack most of the time, while still having the option of expending it on days that I need to carry more.
