At Osprey we only design and build high-quality products. That’s why all our products are covered under our All Mighty Guarantee. As part of our commitment to protecting the environment we always strive, whenever possible, to repair products rather than replace them.

Make a Guarantee Claim

Should you find any defect in the way your pack has been built we will repair or replace it without any charge, within its reasonable lifetime. While cases of wear and tear, accidental damage, abuse and lifetime expiration are not covered we will always try our best to help. When at all possible we will offer to repair the pack at a reasonable cost.

Whether you have purchased directly from our website or from one of our retailers, our Guarantee team will manage your spare part requests.

Please fill in the online form providing as much information about your concern as possible, including photographs of the issue, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

If you need to send your pack into us please remember to clean it before doing so or we may not be able to work on it.

Hydraulics Guarantee

Hydrapak offers a No-Leak™ Guarantee on all reservoirs, bottles, flasks, and accessories from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

Hydrapak will repair or replace at its discretion any manufacturing defect in these products free of charge. The No-Leak™ Guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown of materials over a product’s lifetime, accident, improper care or cleaning and non-standard usage or negligence.

Please note that reservoir models prior to our 2016 design update have a 12-month warranty from their point of purchase.
