Shamida Ethiopia is the dream of two women to create a loving protective environment for vulnerable destitute babies, children and women in Ethiopia. Their mission is to contribute towards the holistic development and self-sufficiency of women and children in difficult destitute circumstances.

Almost as important is that Shamida gives hope to the lives of these women and children through care, support and development programs, ultimately adding relevance to their lives.
Osprey Europe has recently supported Shamida with a donation for the annual rent of the Orphanage building, allowing Shamida Ethiopia to continue and focus on the fantastic work they do.
