Dr Michele Ufer has advised and trained athletes and managers for over 20 years. As well as a psychologist, Michele is also a successful extreme runner. Whether in the desert, rainforest or mountains, Michele is at home on the most extreme running tracks. As an ultramarathon runner, Michele pushes himself to sporting limits.
