Head of Sales

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to deliver growth throughout Europe. The role oversees all sales activities including personal responsibility for certain key accounts and account management through direct sales team, agents and distributors. Additionally, managing and measuring the provision of exceptional training throughout Europe. The role will also involve organising European sales meetings and trade shows and attending global brand meetings.

Germany Sales Manager

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be based close to Munich and work from our existing offices at MOC Veranstaltungscenter. You will be responsible for strategy, leadership and direction of the sales team in your region to continue growth plans set and agreed with the Sales Director. You will take an active participation in offering opinions and making decisions and provide overall accountability for sales and positioning of the Osprey brand in Germany.

German Speaking Customer Service Assistant

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the purpose of this role is to: Deliver outstanding customer service (via telephone & email) to retail partners and consumers to exceed expectations and uphold Osprey’s reputation, ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately, and delivered to customers within expected timescales and work closely with and support other customer service team members and other departments across the Company to fulfil all aspects of the job role

Guarantee Assistant

Reporting to the Guarantee & Facilities Manager, the primary purpose of this role will be to provide administrative support to the Guarantee department and act as first point of contact for customers on the phone and via email for repair and guarantee enquiries. This will involve developing an in-depth knowledge of Osprey products and components, and advising customers accordingly.
