"Great pack" (Posted on 29/11/2015)

Gordon

Stratos 26 fits well and carries comfortably. Had used my wifes daylite pack in the past and was always impressed. Like the wide hip belt with pockets, the suspension/ventilation, and the rain cover on the Stratos 26. All great features. Only suspect feature is the removable sleeping bag straps. Once removed they are difficult to get back in place! I had to use a plier grip to pull them back through. Next time I would look for removable/replaceable sleeping bag straps! Minor inconvenience, on what is overall a really practical pack that can be used everyday and on a light overnight.

"Comfortable and convenient" (Posted on 15/11/2015)

John

i had read the rave reviews of Osprey products, but I didn't want to purchase a relatively expensive rucksack. Then I chanced upon the the Daylight day-pack advertised in Cotswold Outdoors Catalog. This cost £35.00 and proved to be worth every penny. It is very well designed and long enough to be suitable for an adult unlike a lot of day-packs. This pack convinced me of the design and manufacturing quality of the Osprey products. I originally wanted a Talon Rucksack but they are only made in 22L or 33L sizes. I wanted a 27 liter pack so I settled on a Stratos 26 instead. The pockets on the waistband and the ability to store walking poles are great features.

"buena" (Posted on 15/05/2015)

Podria tener los bolsillos de la cintura un poco mas grandes y accesibles.
Y una entrada adicional sin tener que sacar todo para coger cosas del fondo.
La sujección de la hidratación un poco mas lograda, es muy sencilla y frágil.

"Used the Stratos for 100k charity trek" (Posted on 29/04/2015)

Gareth

I used the Stratos 26 for a 100k charity trek last year. It fitted my needs perfectly. Just the right size and the padded shoulders and airflow back system were a godsend in the hot UK summer weather. Hoping to use it for Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge in July of this year. I will be sure not to overload it this time. Light is right.

Thank you Osprey for the Stratos 26.

P.S With the next Stratos model could you perhaps consider adding a front pocket similar to the one on the Talon 22, just for the need-to-reach items like gloves and waterproof jacket?
