"Great for cycling but don't entrust it to baggage handlers." (Posted on 19/05/2016)
The multiple pockets make it easy to keep everything organised. I found I could fit a headtorch in a hard case in the bottom pocket, along with the rain cover and found perfect places for all my stuff.
The green is a great colour to get noticed on my bike. I was very happy with my purchase.
Unfortunately, I made a poor decision when I strapped my Syncro 20 to the front of my Sojourn 80 after owning both for less than a fortnight. I needed some extra capacity for a flight to Portugal and I though it would be useful to have my Syncro 20 with me to use as a daysack. The baggage handlers disagreed and they appear to have thrown my luggage down the tarmac. My Syncro 20 has several wear holes right through the fabric, affecting every single part of the bag. I'm gutted. I've never spent that much on a rucksack before and it lasted 12 days before getting completely trashed. It stayed securely attached to the Sojourn 80 and both bags were a joy to use until I grabbed them off the carousel and saw the damage.
I highly recommend this rucksack for cycling and day to day use but it's sadly no match for the brutality of baggage handlers. You have been warned.
"Perfect for commuting" (Posted on 18/09/2015)
"Excellent backpack" (Posted on 06/07/2015)
This rucksack seemed a little smaller than my old one, but I quickly found that the pockets are very deep and the compression straps expand to allow a lot of room. I have to fit shoes, uniform, bike lock and lunch into it and I can.
Other amazing features which made me buy the backpack are the airflow around my back and shoulders, meaning that I don't arrive at work in such a sweaty mess, as well as the rain cover, lid lock and strap for a light.
I would completely recommend this backpack.
